Mr. McClelland studied Accounting, Business Statistics, Business Ethics, and Risk
Management at East Mississippi Community College. Mr. McClelland is also an avid

Mr. McClelland recently served as a Creator for TheLucrativeInvestor.com, a financial
blog designed to cultivate potential clients for investment-related services. The website
reached No. 75,000 on Alexa, which rates web traffic, and obtained a spot in the top
1,000 for financial sites, including backlinks that reached 350,000.
Personally coded and ranked #3 on Google for "investing" for more than 7 months,
a $9,300 a day ppc ad spot, a 1.4 million a month searched keyword. Ranked higher
than msn money, bloomberg.com and many more. Also secured top spots for many
more keywords. Sold in Dec of 09 to a real estate firm in Texas.
Mimaca.com a real time search engine with integrated affiliate ads based off of regional
locations. Sold source code in Feb 06 to a private buyer.
Mr. McClelland also created EmailTrafficTrader.com, an exchange for webmasters.
Using a unique profit generating system, webmasters can boost market share in their
selected market by exchanging links with other webmasters. While at the website,
McClelland oversaw coding, design, and administration of all aspects of the website;
helped create a system that generated an average of $500 CPM from free users; and
grew the website to over 12,000 users within four months through aggressive viral
marketing strategies. Sold in May of 2006 to a private buyer.
Mr. McClelland has also served as President and CEO of DirectMyLinks, Inc. In this
capacity, he oversaw day-to-day operations in forming, fostering, and developing the
company within the Golden Triangle area. He also developed an auction marketplace,
along with a unique profit system that created a higher profit margin with a lower
overhead system than competitors. Finally, he helped integrate an Escrow System with
the auction system in order to generate higher profits. DirectMyLinks.com was paid to
shut down and cease operations by more powerful competitor in 2003.

Legal Representative for Lucrative Investing, Inc.
Mr. Walsh is an Attorney and Former Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves
as President and Shareholder at The Walsh Law Firm, a company that provides tax,
real estate, corporate, banking, and estate planning services, in addition to practicing
general law.
Mr. Marsh earned a Master's degree in Law from New York University, a Juris Doctor
degree from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from
the University of Mississippi. Mr. Walsh is a member of the Mississippi and Tennessee
bar associations as well as the American Bar Association.
Prior Ventures:
Previously, he served as a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee. Mr. Walsh is also
a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars attended by attorneys, CPAs,
and financial planners.
His prolific career has included positions as a Managing Member at Clayton O'Donnell
Walsh, a Shareholder at Mitchell McNutt & Sams, an Associate Attorney at Daniel Coker
Horton & Bell, the Director of Planned and Deferred Giving and an Adjunct Professor at
